Luminelle & Co opened its doors in 2025 with a clear goal: to bring professional-grade teeth whitening and skin treatments to the Rockhampton community, without the clinical, impersonal feel of a big chain. As the founder of Luminelle & Co, Rhonda Jeffrey brings a genuine passion for helping people feel confident in their own skin, and in their smile. Rhonda established the studio in 2025 with a vision of creating a warm, judgement-free space where clients could access professional teeth whitening and skin treatments close to home.
